Returning to Luton on a delayed plane due to snow and runway closure I called CCS form baggage pick up to say I was available for pick up and by the time I got to the bus stop the bus was there. Even better when I got to the park, my car had had the 5 cm of snow removed from windows and lights and had warmed up so it was ready to drive out safely.
I am a frequent flyer and have never received this sort of service – usually my parking experience involves standing waiting for a bus then defrosting and so on – and the driver was friendly on both journeys – the experience couldn’t have been better, I can’t understand if flying from Luton why anyone would use any of the other car parks.
